AKTIVA AS delivers houses, flats and cottages.

AKTIVA AS is a norwegian daughter company to AktivaHouse SIA, Latvia, a company owned by norwegians.

AKTIVA AS have signed partner agreements with important Latvian, and Norwegian producers who are selling high clas products.  AKTIVA AS can offer complete range of houses, flats and cottages.

Our products are mainly prefabricated wall and roof elements transported direct to site and put on place in very short time. AKTIVA AS takes care of all paper work on behalf of customers if this is requested.

The finish work out side and inside is done by Norwegian and Latvian carpentors from own companies.

AKTIVA AS is also offering hand made log houses and cottages in 8" size ( 20 cm ) thickness, produced at Latvias dominating producer.

Our customers will have  their cottages made according to own wishes.

We work together with a Latvian arcitect company who delivers drawings on very short notice. When agreement  has been signed exact production drawings are made.

AKTIVA AS is able to offer volume production of houses to "Boligbyggelag".

All our products are delivered according to Norwegian Standards and prescriptions.
